Lacquer is widely used to preserve wood and to enhance its appeal, and many different types of lacquer boxes are produced throughout the world. These boxes range in size from tiny ornamental boxes, suitable for holding a few personal treasures, all the way to large storage boxes the size of steamer trunks.
High-gloss wooden box refers to its paint process. The top coat is high-gloss paint. After spraying, the brightness is formed.
Piano lacquer wooden box, the paint process on the piano, used on the wooden box, has the same effect as the piano.
Difference in function:
1. Paint Film Thickness: The paint film thickness of the piano paint process is greater than 1mm, which can withstand repeated polishing and is as flat as a mirror. The thickness of high gloss paint is less than one third of piano paint. The fullness and flatness are not on the same level as piano lacquer.
2. Brightness: high-gloss products, shadows on the lacquer, especially the shadows of distant objects on the lacquer, severe distortion, and orange peel-like ripples on the lacquer from close up. The piano paint is flat like a mirror, and its brightness is like a mirror. The shadow of the paint film is no different from anything.
3. Hardness: high-gloss products, a little bump, bear to see. Its highlight will follow the daily scrub, but go. The hardness is too poor.
